Plywood is made using suitable dryer dried
core veneers with glue lines and one face veneer on each side.
It is hot pressed for perfect glue bonding. Great deal of
attention is given to the selection of veneers and their composition
to infuse a high degree of strength and bring uniform thickness,
smooth finish and dimension stability.
In case of BWP range , 100% pure Phenol Formaldehyde resin
is used which imparts 100% perfect bonding and also full resistance
against cold or boiling water , tropical damp climates , abrasive
sea weather conditions and extreme cyclic changes in weather.
